FELTHAM UNDER8 BLUES 2 v MAYFORD ATHLETIC 2

Seeding game 

We started off strong & again fell asleep in the second half Conner G in goal nothing to do but pick the ball out of the net twice, Oliver, Joshua started off strong but quiet game in all, Perry controlling the middle of the park, Zakaria, Mccauley running the wings, Jake M up front with some strong running Jake B, Connor M came on Mccauley, Jake M and played well.

FELTHAM UNDER 8 BLUES 4 v KNAPHILL WANDERERS 2

Seeding game

We controlled the game from the start to finish.

Mccauley in goal made some good saves and didn't know much about the goal.

Oliver and Josh at the back really strong. Zakaria, Jake B on the

wings seeing lots of the ball & getting up the wings Perry ran in the

middle & tracking back when needed, Jake M up front causing problems.

Connor M, Conner G coming on for Perry, Jake M, played really well

FELTHAM UNDER 8 BLUES 4 v YATELY DRAGONS 1

League game

Played well in the first half & dominated the second half, Mccauley in goal made a couple of good saves but could'nt stop one.

Conner G, Joshua were solid at the back, Perry strong in the middle, Connor M, Jake B running the wings really well.

Jake M causing problems up front Oliver, Zakaria came on for Joshua, Jake B & carried on where the other 2 left off.

WOKING COUGARS 5 v FELTHAM UNDER 8 BLUES 2

League Game 

Started well but fell asleep & paid the price.

Mccauley in goal did'nt have the best of games.

Zakaria, Conner G at the back but struggled.

Connor M, Jake M on the wings tried hard but the ball can't be walked in the net.

Jake B up front double marked at all times, Perry & Joshua came on for Zakaria, Oliver but

could'nt get into the game.

League game 

Played well considering the extra strength Knaphill put out compared to the seeding game.

Mccauley in goal made at least a dozen saves and at least half of them were one on ones (he was my rock).

Oliver, Joshua played at the back & got caught out many times.

Zakaria, Jake B on the wings tried hard.

Perry in the middle busy as usual.

Jake M up front tried hard. Connor M, Conner G came on for Jake B, but could'nt get into the game.

League game 

Played really well but it was a battle from start to finish.

Mccauley in goal congested box did'nt really know much about the goals but solid with other shots.

ConnerG, Joshua at the back went forward but forgot to come back.

Perry busy in the middle.

Jake M, Connor M excellent down the wings.

Jake B upfront battled hard. Oliver came on for Joshua and stiifened things up at the back.

Windlesham Woves 0 v Feltham U8 Blues 2

 

League game

Due to some players not turning up we had to play with a bear 7 and no

subs, so I had to change the shape of my team.

Started off really strong Perry & Conner were solid at the back Mccauley

had little to do in goal, but when needed he was there.

Zakaria ran the mid field with Joe and Josh running up the wings, Jacob

gave there defence the run around all game.

The opposing manager was really helpful and the referee was spot on. Well

done to everyone involved today.

BYFLEET VILLAGE 0 v FELTHAM UNDER 8 BLUES 2

League game 

Played out of there skins & controlled the game from start to finish (Well Done Boys!)

Mccauley in goal had nothing to do.

Perry,Conner G solid at the back.

Jake M, Connor M ran the wings.

Zakaria dominated the midfield.

Jake B up front played well.

FELTHAM YOUTH 2 v FARNHAM FOXES 2

This was a top of the table clash and was always going to be a tough game.

We started off well but twice had to come from behind to settle for a draw.

Mccauley was unlucky with both goals, Perry, Cconnor B played well at the back.

Brandon, Deanie, Zakaria was very strong in midfield, and Jake B

tried hard up front but didnt get the service.

Connor G and Jacob came on for Jake B and Connor B and both played

well.

HURST PARK 0 v FELTHAM YOUTH 3

We controlled the game from start to finish. Mccauley in goal had very

little to do, Perry and Oliver very solid at the back, Joshua, Connor

G, Connor B in midfield played very well and Jacob up front causing all

sorts of problems.

Mcauley played very well in goal and made some great saves, Perry and Connor B played well in defence, Joshua and Brandon played well on the wings. Deanie played all over the park as usual ( a pleasure to watch).

Jacob played well up front but couldnt find the net, Zakaria came on as a sub and got stuck straight in as he always does.

Manager Comment

In all I am pleased with the way they fought right till the end as the game could have gone either way.

We started off really strong and dominated throughout the game (a really strong performance).

Oliver was solid in goal, Perry & Connor G. were very solid in defence and Deanie was all over the park.

Zakaria was the rock in midfield, Brandon was excelent on the wing and once again Jacob did what he does best (scoring goals).

Joshua came on as a sub and played his heart out.

Todays game was a mixture of good and bad football, we had some great chances but didnt take them.

Mccauley did well in goal, Perry & Connor G. really strong at the back.

Deanie was all over the park as usual, Zakaria had a quiet game, Jake

battled hard, Jacob didnt get into the game.

Brandon was magic, Joshua played well but got injured.

With no training on saturday we started of a bit sloppy and soon found

ourselves a goal down...........then the real feltham youth turned up and played

the opposition off the park with some great passing, driving runs, and excellent

finishing.

Mccauley played well in goal, came out and nearly scored.

Perry had a match winning game.

Oliver at his best well done Oli!

Jacob played well and was unlucky not to score.

In my eyes the game should not have been played due to the pitch being so bad. The weather conditions didnt help but thats the way it goes.

Mccauley very unlucky, Perry & Oliver played well, Deanie & Zakaria & Connor B. tried hard, Jacob tried hard

CUP SEMI FINAL

GOMSHALL RAMS 1 v FELTHAM YOUTH 2

We started really strong but gave away a goal against the run of play but

with some excellent passing we soon pulled one back with Deanie scoring a

scorcher and we could have had 5 more before Deanie scored a winner with a

free kick in the last minute of extra time.

Mccauley played well in goal.

Perry & Oliver excellent at the back.

Brandon , Deanie & Zakaria had an excellent game in midfield.

Jake B. tried hard up front.

Conner G. came on as a sub and played very well.

We started really strong and got better as the game went on with some great passing and could have won by a lot more but well played to their goal keeper.

Oliver in goal very solid.

Perry & Joshua spot on at the back.

Connor B., Zakaria & Jake battled hard in the middle.

Jacob back to his best and getting a goal.

goals, and then conceded an own goal, we played well and were denied by

both posts.

The last league game of the season, we started really strong and could have scored at least 3 goals. dominated the first half. second half was the same but conceeded a silly goal.

Mccauley done well in goal, Perry solid at the back, Connor G quiet game,

Brandon was quality, Deanie battled hard, Connor B solid game, Jacob quiet game.

Subs

Oliver quiet game, Zakaria not at his best.

All in all, well done boys you have done yourselves proud this season and it has been a pleasure to have you all in my squad. Lets enjoy the league cup final next week and try and bring the cup home for all the parents.
